Course Summary
The Level 2 Falls Prevention Awareness Certificate is aimed at anyone who currently works in or is intending on working in any Health and Social Care setting. The course will increase your awareness and understanding of falls and their prevention.
You will have 1-1 support from an assessor within the health and social care department. Your assessor is occupational competent and will support and work with you throughout the qualification period.

The course is made up of four mandatory units:
- Unit 01 Falls in context
- Unit 02 Understand the risk factors and causes of falls
- Unit 03 Falls assessment and prevention
- Unit 04 Managing falls

If you do not qualify for funding this course will cost you £867.
