Principal and Chief Executive

Lynette Leith OBE is Principal and Chief Executive of Boston College, joining the College in November 2025 following a successful career in FE.

Tom Hughes

Vice Principal: Curriculum Innovation and Impact (Interim)

Tom is an experienced curriculum and quality leader in FE and HE with a passion for innovation in the classroom, empowering individuals with the use of digital technologies, and preparing learners for the jobs of tomorrow.

Adam Wardell

Assistant Principal: SEND and Inclusion

Adam is an experienced leader in Further Education with a strong passion for inclusion and removing barriers to learning. He believes that every student should have the same opportunity to access learning, develop their skills, and progress towards their aspirations.

Jen Durrant

Executive Director: People

Jen is CIPD qualified with over 20 years’ experience in HR and joined the College in 2011. Her current role is responsible for building and delivering a people strategy that focuses on the development of staff and provides our leadership to the HR function.
