Course Summary
This qualification is designed for learners who want to develop an understanding of how to deliver effective customer service in health and social care settings.
You will have 1-1 support from an assessor within the health and social care department. Your assessor is occupational competent and will support and work with you throughout the qualification period.
What else do I need to know?
The course is made up of four individual units including:
- Developing an awareness of customer service in health and social care
- Understand how to communicate effectively in a health and social care setting
- Understand the needs of customers who access health and social care services
- Understand teamwork in health and social care settings
If you do not qualify for funding this course will cost you £379.
