Course Summary
The Level 3 Award in Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and Water Byelaws in the UK is designed for those working in the Plumbing and Heating industry to develop a thorough understanding of the legal requirements for plumbing systems in the UK. You will ensure and enhance your ability to install plumbing systems that comply with Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and UK Building Regulations.
What else do I need to know?
During this course, you will develop knowledge of the UK Water Regulations, including Water Supply (Water Fittings). You will learn how to support the prevention of contamination of water, waste, and undue consumption.
To study this course, you will need to have successfully completed one of the following:
- An existing Water Regulations/Unvented Hot Water qualification
- A relevant Level 3 qualification
- An Industry Registration Scheme, e.g., Gas Safe Register (ACS, OFTEC 105E, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in the installation of domestic heating and hot water systems, or in design and advisory services for domestic heating and hot water systems
The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and Water Byelaws in the UK Award Level 3 will take you 2 days to complete, taking place on Thursday 3rd June and Friday 4th June 2027 You will attend college from 9:00am-5:00pm at our Rochford Campus in Boston.
This course will cost £248.00.

You will be assessed via a multiple choice examination.
Successful completion of this course will provide sufficient knowledge of Water Regulations to ensure that all installation work is carried out in accordance with the current regulations in the UK. You will be awarded a 5-year Accreditation Certificate of Competence.
