Commercial Training Course Booking

Boston College is committed to delivering high quality diverse training and development opportunities to local and regional businesses in the form of day-release and evening courses.

You will be sent a disclosure form to the above address. You MUST fill in this form and seal it in the enclosed envelope before returning. We will let you know once this has been cleared.

The College is keen to support all learners and to help them succeed. Having criminal convictions will not necessarily prevent you from taking up a place.

All correspondence will be sent to the above inputted email address unless otherwise specified.

Full payment must be made before a course place can be secured. Boston College will accept payment by purchase order number, cheque, credit/debit card (either in person or by phone) or cash.

The full fee will be payable unless cancellation is received at least 20 working days prior to commencement of the course. Cancellations received after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Boston College reserves the right to cancel or amend the course in the case of events beyond our control. Where the course is cancelled by Boston College you will be offered a place on the next available date. Should this be unsuitable you will receive a full refund.

As an educational establishment, Boston College has the responsibility to safeguard young people and vulnerable adults.

If any of your employees have any unspent criminal convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings you must select ‘yes’ in the above question and declare them using the disclosure form, which will be send out to company address provided.

Boston College reserves the right to refuse entry to any of your employees if you have selected ‘yes’ and the form is not completed and approved, by the start of the course.

Please be aware that we cannot assume if you have not selected either option. If neither option has been selected we cannot book your employees onto the course.

If your employees have no convictions, please select ‘no’.
