Course Summary
This Re-Assessment is for Plumbers and Gas Engineers who are already registered with Gas Safe. The Assessment takes approximately 6 hours and is a combination of practical and theory work.
What else do I need to know?
This Gas Safety re-assessment course includes refresher training & assessment of the following:
- Open flued gas fires (radiant/convector)
- Open flued inset live fuel effect gas fires (ILFE)
- Open-flued decorative fuel effect gas fires (DFE)
- Balanced flued gas fires
- Balanced fan-assisted wall heaters
You must have completed the Domestic Core Gas Safety certificate. This course is especially for people working within the gas industry.
This Gas Safety re-assessment course takes 6 hours to complete in a single session at our ACS Centre on the Boston (Rochford) Campus. You can choose from two available start dates: Tuesday 16th February 2027 or Wednesday 2nd June 2027.
The cost to undertake this Gas Safety course £248 per applicant.
You will complete a series of written and practical assessments.
