Course Summary

This Re-Assessment is for Plumbers and Gas Engineers who are already registered with Gas Safe. The Assessment takes approximately 6 hours and is a combination of practical and theory work.

What else do I need to know?

This Gas Safety re-assessment course includes refresher training & assessment of the following:

  • Open flued gas fires (radiant/convector)
  • Open flued inset live fuel effect gas fires (ILFE)
  • Open-flued decorative fuel effect gas fires (DFE)
  • Balanced flued gas fires
  • Balanced fan-assisted wall heaters

You must have completed the Domestic Core Gas Safety certificate. This course is especially for people working within the gas industry.

This Gas Safety re-assessment course will take you 6 hours to complete during 1 session at our ACS Centre, on our Boston Campus (Rochford).

The cost to undertake this Gas Safety course £125 per applicant.

You will complete a series of written and practical assessments.

There are various other courses available at the College as part of our ACS Centre.
