Step into the workshop and the world of Carpentry and Joinery and start building your Construction skills with this introductory part-time course.
From basic joins to simple woodworking techniques, this course gives you a hands-on introduction to Carpentry and Joinery, using professional tools and facilities in the College’s industry-standard workshop.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
The course will take you 12 hours to complete, over 4 weekly sessions. You will attend college from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at our Boston Campus, starting on Tuesday 19th January 2027.
This course is fully funded, meaning you won’t have any course fees to pay.
