Boston College works with a number of external partners across the county to ensure that students, employers and the local community skill needs are met locally
When Boston College was inspected by Ofsted in 2014 they commented that;
'Learners achievement is particularly high for learners who study Functional Skills English and Maths on subcontracted programmes.'
'Workplace learners on subcontracted provision consistently achieve their qualifications well.'
Boston College currently works with 10 partners located within and outside of the Lincolnshire area. Each partner contributes to the aim of meeting students' and businesses' skill needs in their own unique way.
Based in Louth, Construction Skills Solutions deliver a wide choice of construction vocational qualifications, both locally and nationwide, in the workplace and their own training facilities.

First College has bases in Skegness and Louth, delivering qualifications in Hospitality, Management, Accounting (AAT), Business Administration and Early Years, as well as qualifications to the unemployed.

As well as working in partnership with Boston College, Hill McManus also work with the Job Centre Plus. Jointly employment is secured through training, support and the delivery of vocational qualifications.

RTS Training is based in Sleaford and provides individualised quality work-based training qualifications in Health and Social Care, Cleaning and Support Services, Skills for Life and Business Administration.
