Course Summary
The Introduction to Desserts course will guide you through a variety of delicious dishes and expert techniques, including:
- Meringue Nests: Making and piping meringue, finished with cream and fresh fruit.
- Lemon Meringue Tart: Making sweet pastry and finishing the dessert for presentation.
- Mousse: Whisking and folding techniques with various finishing methods.

The course will take you 1 day to complete, and will take place at our Boston Campus on Thursday 9th April 2026, from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
