The Re-energise Yourself PCDL course provides an introduction to wellness and wellbeing including essential nutrition, planning your food, stress management strategies and how wellness links to motivation and productivity in the workplace and in your personal life.

The Re-energise Yourself PCDL course will take you 1 session to complete. You will attend college from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Peter Paine, starting on Tuesday 20th January 2026.
