The Safeguarding Team

Boston College have a designated team to help with any concerns you might have about your own or someone else's safety in regards to bullying, harassment, abuse or neglect.

The College has a Prevent Duty Statement which outlines our commitment to prevent radicalisation and promote British Values.

If you are unsure in which direction to go, Boston College's Matrix accredited Careers Team are on hand to help you make the right choice for you. The Career Advisers offer FREE Career Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) available before you start college, whilst you are studying at college and when you are ready to take your next steps.

The Attendance Monitor checks attendance and absence; they are here to help you succeed and refer you to help and advice if you are having issues attending college. If you have appointments such as the dentist, we ask that these be made outside of your college timetable where possible. To report an absence please ring 01205 365701- Option 2, or email absent@boston.ac.uk.

Regardless of your age there may be financial support that you can apply for to help you with additional costs incurred in coming to college.

Offering a safe and confidential service, the College Counsellors are available for you to talk about any personal or mental health issues you may have.

Mental Health Support Team

The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) are a service designed to help meet the mental health needs of children and young people in selected education settings across Lincolnshire.

The College's Inclusive Learning Team provides support to many students with a range of individual needs. Whether you require personal care, one to one support in class, exam access arrangements or mentoring, we have staff to help you enjoy your time at college and achieve your true potential.
