Taking Teaching Further - As a further Education provider, we are pleased to be able to access the Government initiative Taking Teaching Further (TTF) for certain subjects.  If you have relevant knowledge and/or industry experience and want to retrain as an FE Lecturer, to teach across subject areas such as English or Maths, we are able to support you with early career support under this initiative including a reduced timetable and, to support you through your teacher training which will be fully funded.

Levelling Up Premium - If you join Boston College in a teaching role for Maths, and this within your first five years of teaching responsibilities in an FE provider in England you may also be able to apply for the LUP. There is eligibility criteria, such as having a teaching qualification or working towards one, or intend to work towards one in the next 12 months.
