Attendance at College can be just 2 days a week before independent study, allowing you to fit your studies around any current work and family commitments. Some of our courses, such as the Professional Studies (Education) FdA, can be worked alongside a job within the industry.

Studying locally can also substantially reduce your living costs such as rent and food, with the costs of studying at Boston College coming in at up to £10,000 LESS* than moving away to university. If you don’t feel that university is right for you then you can study locally and develop your confidence along the way.

You will receive individualised care and support due to small class sizes of approximately 15-20 students. Thanks to this you will have a high level of tutor contact allowing you to benefit from their industry experience. Lecturers are approachable, accessible and always available to help. Student Finance

By studying a University Level course at Boston College, you are entitled to apply for a Student Loan through Student Finance England. This means you will not have to pay any upfront fees, and repayments will only start once you earn over a certain amount.

Boston College can offer comfortable, affordable accommodation for you to relax and study in. The College's Halls of Residence is a 100+ single study-bedroom building with a choice of self-catering and catered options. There is secure, on-site parking during the night and booking options are flexible so you can book one night or one year, depending on your needs. Rates start from £15 per night.
