The Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds) Award Level 3 (2391-52) qualification helps you to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to professionally carry out inspection and testing on electrical installations.

What will I do?

This qualification delivers the specialist knowledge and skills you need, including appropriate legislation, inspection and testing techniques, completing and issuing certificates or reports and understanding of results and measurements.

To study the Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds) Award Level 3, you must have an Electrical Installation Level 3 qualification and be actively involved in the industry, with at least 18 months of experience in testing and inspection on site.

The Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds) Award Level 3 (2391-52) course will take you 10 sessions to complete at our Boston Campus (Rochford) on Monday-Wednesday, 5:30pm-9:00pm.

The Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds) Award Level 3 will cost £1050 (excluding exams) per person.

Please note that all fees are subject to change.

You will be assessed via an online, multiple-choice exam and a practical task.

Successfully completing this qualification can support your application for the JIB Gold card.
