As part of the Data Analyst Apprenticeship Level 4 course, you will develop the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of data analytics. This study program covers a range of key topics, from data legislation and security to the technical foundations of data structures and database management, all designed to prepare you for real-world data analysis tasks.

To enrol on this apprenticeship you will need to be employed in a relevant Human Resources role within your industry to complete the qualification. Additionally, having at least a Level 2 proficiency in both English and Maths is essential. If you have not attained this level yet, don't worry โ we'll help you achieve it before you undertake your End Point Assessment. Before you begin the apprenticeship, we'll evaluate your English and Maths skills, and you'll need to demonstrate a Level 1 proficiency to be accepted into the program.
As an Apprentice, you will pay no course fees. However, your employer may have to pay towards your training as well as providing you with a wage (please see below).

There are different rates of pay for apprentices depending on your age and what year of your apprenticeship youโre in.
Aged 16 to 18.The current National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice is ยฃ5.28 per hour.
Aged 19 or over and in your first year.The current National Minimum Wage rate for an apprentice is ยฃ5.28 per hour.
Aged 19 or over and have completed your first year.Youโre entitled to the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate for your age.

You will be assigned an assessor who will observe your practice in your setting throughout the duration of your course, your assessor will offer support and guidance and will use a variety of assessment methods to help you achieve the requirements of the qualification and standard.
When you, your employer and your assessor feel you are ready you will be put forward for the End Point Assessment which will be carried out independently.
Successful completion of the course will lead to a better understanding of the subject, and you could also progress onto other qualifications in this field.
