Designed to cater for the safety needs of women, this course is intended to empower women physically and psychologically with the necessary skills to protect themselves from potentially dangerous situations. You will cover topics including basic self-defence techniques, how to diffuse potentially dangerous situations, knowing your legal rights and policies that protect you, gaining lots of hands-on practice, and developing your self-confidence.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
The Personal Safety and Self Defence for Women PCDL course will take you 3 sessions to complete. You will attend college from 5:00pm-7:00pm at our Spalding Campus, starting on Monday 9th February 2026.
