My greatest inspiration was my Food Technology teacher at my secondary school, which made me want to continue the subject at college.

Compared to school, the course is a lot more practical. You get to gain real-life working experience in the College’s Lime Restaurant and Food Court, which gives you experience of how to behave professionally and speak to customers.

Once I finish College, I want to gain employment in the industry.
