Elliott Miles – Catering and Hospitality
My apprenticeship it has enabled me to climb the career ladder earlier and gain real-life industry experience. I love it. I currently work at the Petwood Hotel five days a week, where I cover mains, larder and veg, and attend College one day a week to build my knowledge on pastry.
After completing my apprenticeship, I’m hoping to travel the world to develop my catering skills even further.
My one word to describe Boston College would be…life-changing
