Q. I have submitted my Application Form but haven't heard anything yet...
A. Don't worry.
Within 5 working days of receiving your Application Form you will be sent either an acknowledgment postcard confirming we have received your application, or an invitation for interview.
Full-time Applicants - For most full-time courses you will need to attend a course 'interview'. These take place at various times throughout the year. After your interview, you will receive details of any further assessments required or confirmation of your place. We aim to post this to you within 10 days. After this, you may not hear from us until you need to enrol on your course at the end of August.
Part-time Applicants – You can enrol directly onto your course* (* if previous experience is required, you will need to attend a short admission interview, which will take within 30 days of the course start date.)
Q. Can I get Financial Assistance with Fees, Food, Equipment, or my Uniform?
A. Depending on your personal circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support for some of the above through our discretionary Learner Support Fund (19+) or Bursary Fund (16-18). For further details, please see the Financial Assistance section under Students on the website, or contact the Finance Officer in Learner Services on 01205 365701 ext. 3372.
