The Level 3 Gym Instruction and Personal Training Diploma incorporates both the Level 2 Gym Based Exercise Certificate and the Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, enabling you to gain a qualification in personal training for the fitness industry.
The qualification will equip you with the specialist knowledge, understanding and skills to become a successful personal trainer.
This qualification is the industry benchmark of personal training and is aimed at people wanting to personal train individuals, groups and maybe run their own successful business. You will develop practical experience of communicating, assessing and motivating clients with advance methods utilising underpinn9ing knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition.
This qualification can also be used by many organisations within the health and fitness industry and can increase your earning potential through initiatives, sessions, one to ones and classes.
During the Level 3 Gym Instruction and Personal Training Diploma, you will study a range of units from both the Level 2 Gym Based Exercise Certificate and the Level 3 Personal Training Diploma.

There are no formal entry qualifications for the Gym Instruction and Personal Training Diploma Level 3; however, you must be aged 19 years of age or over.
It is also beneficial for you to have prior knowledge of sport and exercise will support your application due to the levels of anatomy and physiology required within the qualification.
This course will cost £2,225.
