Train the Trainer
The Train the Trainer course is designed for staff delivering in-house training, mentoring new staff and apprentices, this course is ideally suited to those working in a production and manufacturing environment needing to train new or temporary staff on a regular basis. It is also beneficial for anyone delivering presentations internally and externally.
What will I do?
During the Train the Trainer course, you will cover topics including:
- The benefits of effective training and the trainer’s role
- How adults learn
- Tools and Techniques
- Planning and setting objectives
- Practical exercise and evaluation
- Practical exercise by delegates in context
Entry Qualifications
There are no formal entry qualifications for the Train the Trainer course.
Attendance
The Train the Trainer course will take you two days to complete. You will study at our Boston Campus (Rochford) between 9:30am and 4:30pm.
We can arrange for delivery at your business premises if you would prefer a bespoke course for your company and/or have sufficient staff needing this training.
Fees
The Train the Trainer course will cost £247 per person.
How Will I Be Assessed
There is no formal examination or assessment on this course. By attending you will be awarded a Boston College Attendance Certificate

Completion of this course will equip the learner with the skills/knowledge needed to progress in the workplace
