Emerging Leaders Skills Bootcamp Level 3
The Emerging Leaders Skills Bootcamp Level 3 is designed for future or existing managers looking for promotion or additional responsibilities. This course includes the ILM Award Level 3.
What will I do?
During the Emerging Leaders Skills Bootcamp Level 3 course, you will cover:
- Week 1: Induction and Programme Overview
- Week 2: Self-Awareness, Unconscious Bias and Inclusivity
- Week 3: Differences between Management and Leadership Styles
- Week 4: Communication - Managing Difficult Conversations
- Week 5: Organisational Culture and Leadership Qualities
- Week 6: Motivation and Developing Others
- Week 7: Maximising the Effectiveness of your Training Investment
- Week 8: Application of New Technology and Changing Landscapes
- Week 9: Extraordinary Leadership Strategies and Toolkits
- Week 10: Creating High Performance Teams
Entry Qualifications
There are no formal entry qualifications for the Emerging Leaders Skills Bootcamp Level 3.
Attendance
The Emerging Leaders Skills Bootcamp Level 3 will take you 10 weeks to complete. You will attend college at our Spalding Campus 1 day per week, starting on Wednesday 15th January 2025.
Fees
Skills Bootcamps are tailored to meet business needs and are heavily subsidised, making employer costs minimal*. Participants are expected to take on additional roles or responsibilities to apply the skills learned from the training.
*Fees dependent on the employee being offered additional roles or responsibilities aligning with skills gained during the course within six months of the training.

Completion of this course will equip you with the skills/knowledge needed to progress in the workplace.
