Award in Leadership and Team Skills Level 2
The Award in Leadership and Team Skills course has been developed for companies looking to strengthen the skills of their front-line leaders, helping them think like managers and identify techniques to improve performance and productivity.
What will I do?
During the Award in Leadership and Team Skills course you will cover two units:
- Developing as a Team Leader
- Improving Team Performance
Entry Qualifications
There are no formal entry qualifications for the Award in Leadership and Team Skills course.
Attendance
The Award in Leadership and Team Skills course will take you three days to complete.
The sessions are bespoke for a minimum group of 8.
Fees
The Award in Leadership and Team Skills course will cost Β£734 per person (funding may be available where arranged by employers).
