The Agri-Food Sector Team Leading Programme is aimed at new and aspiring team leaders. The courses were originally designed in conjunction with T H Clements of Benington and the Institute for Education to help agri-food businesses in growing, packing and processing grow and develop future managers.

The programme looks at managing change to meet the demands of major supermarket clients, developing efficiencies and introducing technology to compensate for changing wage costs and creating a pool of talent you can use to recruit senior leaders of the future.
