The Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills course is designed to introduce you to vocational subjects, whilst progressing your independence and personal development skills. You will have the opportunity to work within specific vocational areas and gain skills for future employment

What will I do?

During the Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills course, you will take part in realistic working environments within a range of vocational activities. Within these activities you will learn new practical skills, work safely within the environments, good customer service, good conduct at work and working with others.

You will also take part in enterprise and leisure activities that help you to develop your independence skills.

There are no formal entry qualifications for the Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills course.

The Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills course will take you one year to complete and you will attend College for three days a week.

The Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills course is free for those who are under 19 on 31 August of the year they start their course and those aged 19+ and on an EHCP.

The majority of the work is practical and the remainder is producing a portfolio of your work across the year.

The Entry 2 and 3 Using Employability Skills will enable you to progress to the next level course or onto Employability Skills at Entry Level 3 or Level 1.
