The personal development and wellbeing course looks at different subjects each week to support our general wellbeing, personal development and individual growth to enable us to lead fulfilling and more meaningful lives. Each week builds upon the work previously covered so there is a continuous theme running through. This course provides a mix of accredited and non-accredited qualifications all delivered in a relaxed gentle pace.
