Mental Wellbeing is about the positive aspect of mental health, where individuals feel good and function well. This course will provide you with an introduction to mental well-being, looking at what is good mental health and mental ill-health. You will learn how to keep mentally healthy, how to recognise deteriorating mental health and how to support friends and family with mental health issues.

This qualification is aimed at all individuals who want to explore mental well-being and how to support themselves and others in achieving this. It is also aimed at employers who want to support their workforce with positive steps to mental well-being, aiding productivity and reducing absenteeism.
