This Level 1 Introduction to Autism Spectrum Condition will provide an introduction to Autism Spectrum Condition, person-centred approach, and knowledge of the importance of relevant communication skills when working with individuals.
Taught by lecturers with invaluable industry experience, completion of this course can help you progress onto other Early Years and Schools courses for those interested in pursuing a career within the education sector.
The Level 1 Introduction to Autism Spectrum Condition discusses some of the behavioural and sensory difficulties associated with Autism.
The Level 1 Introduction to Autism Spectrum Condition will take one month to complete, starting on the below dates. The course will be completed via one 3-hour session at Boston College Rochford Campus between 09:30am and 12:30pm, followed by remote support.

The Level 1 Preparing to Work in Schools Award may be fully funded by the Adult Education Budget should you be eligible under the following criteria:
If you do not qualify for funding under the AEB budget this course will cost you £98.
