The Customer Service to Sales course will provide customer service and support teams with tools and techniques they can also become part of your sales team. This short course will help them become confident and more willing to engage with existing and new customers.

During the Customer Service to Sales you will cover the following topics:

  • Ditching sales stereotypes
  • Planning and preparation (how knowledge breeds confidence)
  • Building customer relationships
  • Delivering on customer expectations
  • Essential sales techniques

There are no formal entry qualifications for the Customer Service to Sales course.

The Customer Service to Sales course will take 3.5 hours and can be delivered at College or in the Workplace.

The Customer Service to Sales course will cost £87 per person.

There is no formal examination or assessment on this course. By attending you will be awarded a Boston College Attendance Certificate
