The BA (Hons) Business Management (International Business) is a University of Derby validated course which provides an excellent progression route for those who have studied Business or related subjects at level 3 or A Levels. Our BA (Hons) Business Management (International Business) gives you the insights, skills and credibility to succeed. This is a broad-based degree looking at all the key business functions in an international context. You will, for example, cover the laws relating to international business transactions and taxation, the complex nature of global supply chains and their environmental impact, and the challenges facing international marketers.
Covering global and strategic management issues, you will study the specialist areas of management and leadership. Through case studies, discussions and practical learning styles, you will study current business issues and analyse where things are going wrong, what could be done, and discuss what you would do. Throughout the course you will use current case studies and examples, and will also benefit from specialist lectures by guest speakers from the business industry and professional bodies.
