I chose to study A levels at Boston College to help me progress to university. I like the independence and how you have more responsibility compared to when you are living at home. As I have never lived away from home before, it took a couple of weeks to settle in, but I got used to it very quickly and it has made me feel grown-up. I have also made many friends from lots of different countries and cultures – everyone is very friendly.
I have been on trips to York, Cambridge, Nottingham and Manchester. It has been a good opportunity to see the country. In my spare time, I study or spend time with my friends.
The best thing about studying at Boston College is that I can see a pathway to my future.
