Boston College is offering a range of part time adult (19+) course starting in January 2018.

December is traditionally the time to begin making plans for the new year, including New Year's resolutions. While eating more healthily might be at the top of most lists, you might also include items such as 'learn a new skill' or 'start a new career'. Boston College's part time adult courses can be the first step towards that goal. 
Study time is just one day a week (some as little as 3 hours) for between 19 and 40 weeks so the courses can fit in around your current commitments. Courses available​ include...

January 2018 Start Date 

If you enjoy working with numbers or would like a career in accountancy then our Accounting course could be for you.

Functional Skills Maths gives you the skills to function effectively in your life and work. It is recognised by employers and most universities. ​
The Dementia care certificate will equip you with all the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work in this challenging and rewarding area​​

Take your catering knowledge to the next level by studying General Patisserie.
Suitable for practicing beauty therapists looking to expand their skills or for complete beginners.
You will learn about software programmes and applications while improving your computer skills.

If you have an interest in sport and fitness then the Personal Training qualification could allow you to turn your interests into a career.

This course is ideal for new and aspiring junior managers.​You will pick up the core skills and understanding needed to deal with management responsibilities.

March 2018 Start Date

The AAT Access Award in Bookkeeping offers you the opportunity to develop practical bookkeeping skills.  

So why wait until September to start a course when you can begin training towards a new career as early as January 4th!


​​Advanced Learner Loan
To help with the cost, you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. Your household income isn’t taken into account and there is no credit check. You won’t pay anything back until you are earning £21,000 a year. Your eligibility depends on your course, nationality, and age.​
