This course is aimed at those who wish to undertake an advance apprenticeship in the electrical trade.
WHAT WILL I DO
Attend College on a day release basis to study theoretical and practical electrical installation, along with the Technical Certificate and Fundamental Skills.
The course content is split into relevant units which all have to be achieved to gain the full level 3 qualifications. The units are either knowledge or performance.
In addition, observation of performance within the normal place of work will be required. All units are assessed through practical assessments, internal phase tests, vocational assignments and external on-line examinations.
Continued specialist study within industry/emplyment.
For workshop activities you will need to purchase your own safety footwear and protective clothing that meet the course requirements. For classroom activities you will need to provide stationary and writing materials.
