All correspondence will be sent to the above inputted email address unless otherwise specified.
If you believe you may require special arrangements or extra assistance (e.g. a hearing loop, large print hand-outs) please let us know by stating clearly below.
Method of Payment
Full payment must be made before a course place can be secured. Boston College will accept payment by purchase order number, cheque, credit/debit card (either in person or by phone) or cash.
Cancellations
The full fee will be payable unless cancellation is received at least 20 working days prior to commencement of the course. Cancellations received after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Boston College reserves the right to cancel or amend the course in the case of events beyond our control. Where the course is cancelled by Boston College you will be offered a place on the next available date. Should this be unsuitable you will receive a full refund.
Criminal Convictions
As an educational establishment, Boston College has the responsibility to safeguard young people and vulnerable adults.

If you have any unspent criminal convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings you must select ‘yes’ in the above question and declare them using the disclosure form, which will be send out to you in the post.

Boston College reserves the right to refuse entry if you have selected ‘yes’ and this form is not completed and approved, by the start of the course.

Please be aware that we cannot assume if you have not selected either option. If neither option has been selected we cannot book you onto the course.

If you have no convictions, please select ‘no’.
