The Developing Confidence and Understanding Stress course will help you understand the impact and benefits of being confident and identify the factors that affect people’s confidence and self-esteem. The course will also show you what is stress to the individual and the possible causes of stress, and is the cause within our control?

What will I do?

You will learn how to identify the physical and psychological symptoms of stress. Learn steps that could be taken to reduce stress in our daily lives

There are no formal entry qualifications for the Developing Confidence and Understanding Stress course.

The Developing Confidence and Understanding Stress course will take you one day to complete, you will study at either our Boston, Spalding or Horncastle Campus

Tuition fees are FREE for those in receipt of JSA, ESA (WRAG) or some Universal Credit, also for those on low wages.

The assessment of this course is via workbooks
