Boston College Campuses and Centres

Boston College has two large campuses in Boston as well as a centre for Performing Arts and a Learning Centre in the town centre. The College also has information and learning centres in Long Sutton, Butlins Skegness, Spalding and Sleaford. Find out about these sites below.

ROCHFORD CAMPUS

The Rochford Campus on Skirbeck Road in Boston is the largest college site and, in addition to the main college buildings, the Halls of Residence and the Boston Conference and Management Centre can be found there.

Other facilities include a large refectory, two restaurants, a laundrette, hairdressing & beauty therapy salons and a Student Services centre. The Rochford Campus houses many of the College’s large practical training workshops.

DE MONTFORT CAMPUS

The De Montfort Campus can be found on Mill Road in Boston. The attractive building was completely renovated in the mid 1990’s to create a pleasant environment for the classes that take place there. This campus also has a large refectory and gymnasium on site.

SAM NEWSOM CENTRE

The Sam Newsom Centre is a specially converted 17th century building on South Street in the centre of Boston. Music and performing arts students are based at the Centre which houses practice rooms, recording studios and a beautiful performance auditorium.

 

 South Lincolnshire College

South Lincolnshire College is a brand new centre of Boston College that has recently opened in the heart of Spalding.

Located in the anticipated Red Lion Quarter, the specially designed development features top of the range teaching facilities enabling both full-time and part-time courses in a variety of subjects to be delivered.
 

 

 

BOSTON COLLEGE CENTRES AROUND LINCOLNSHIRE

Boston College has several town-centre offices which you will find in Spalding, Boston and Sleaford (see below). Flexible, drop-in computer training at a range of levels are offered. You can also hire computer and Internet time. College information is available arrangements can be made for students or prospective students to meet with Careers Advisors. The Computing department enjoys high success rates across the curriculum, with all results above National averages, including 100% achievement rate for Level 1 courses and for all Higher Education courses.  Outstanding achievement rates in Computing at Boston College include the results at Level 3 of 96%.  In addition, a large proportion of Level 3 students progress to Higher Education, with most of these staying at Boston College.
