ATTENDANCE MONITORING SUPPORT

The Attendance Monitors perform checks that ensure learners are attending regularly. If a learner is found not to be in attendance, details will be passed to the Attendance Monitor to follow up.

In most cases the absence is down to illness, however, sometimes it can be down to personal issues and concerns. In this case the Attendance Monitor would signpost the learner to obtain support from one of the following people: Personal Tutor, Inclusive Learning Manager, Learner Support Officer, Careers Adviser, Counsellor or Health Adviser.
It is important to let someone know if you are not able to attend College, especially if you are in receipt of financial support from the college as it may result in loss of help from us.

If you ar enot going to be in College you need to contact us on 01205 365 701 for every day that you are absent.
